Class DescriptionsBasic Vinyasa Yoga teaches basic strengthening and toning postures(asanas) put together in a sequence that flows, (vinyasa) while observing your breath. Improve strength, focus, balance, flexibility and relaxation. This class is great for new yogis as well as experienced.
Vinyasa Yoga will take the Basic Vinyasa Yoga and turn it up a notch! You can make this class as intense or as gentle as suits you! This class fits all levels and can be challenging. Gentle Yoga Stretch will teach some basic asanas, as well as introduce breathwork and relaxation techniques. Shoulders, hips and spines will be targeted as areas to open through slow, deep practice. This class is specifically designed for those individuals who want to bring gentle movement and flexibility to their bodies. Hatha Yoga & Relaxation will allow you to explore different yoga poses in slow and gentle manner. Options for poses will be taught that can help you to modify or amplify your practice. This class will be different from the Basic Vinyasa Class and the Vinyasa Class in that less poses will be covered in the class, allowing more time to work in each pose. This class is open to all levels and will include approximately 45 minutes of asana (poses) practice with 10-15 minutes of relaxation /meditation at the end. Pricing
